I am a well qualified and experienced therapist, who believes in ensuring they stay up to date with ongoing research and evidence regarding supporting mental health. Accreditation & Registration

It is very important that when seeking therapy you ensure your therapist is accredited or accountable to a professional body. This ensures that your therapist will be adhering to, and accountable to, an overarching code of conduct and ethics within their practice. This covers multiple areas, such as maintaining confidentiality, practicing safely, having regular clinical supervision, and training.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
